Quite simply put, we are expert Oriental and area rugs cleaners and restorers. We are very passionate about our work and are qualified in all methods of cleaning from saturation to dry, air compression cleaning.
Between us we have over 40 years experience and have cleaned and restored countless Orientals, Afghans, Silks (inc. those with gold thread or embossment), Turkish, and even a few Indian Navajo.
Many carpet cleaners claim to be experts in rug cleaning and use the same methods to clean both. At best this will lead to poor cleaning results, at worst it can lead to irreparable damage which is why you need to choose your cleaner carefully and whilst we do clean carpets and upholstery we do not adopt the same, potentially catastrophic methods when cleaning such prized possessions.
We also restore area Oriental and area rugs so if yours needs some tlc to bring it back to its former glory then we can help you here too.
All rugs cleaned in our temperature controlled plant just outside Margate and our charges are per sq foot dependent on method required and not based on the value of the rug (integrity is of paramount importance to us and our clients).

Many mercerised cotton rugs are passed off as silk, the only way to be sure is to test the fibres.
